Berke Sarpaş

He graduated from Bilkent University in 2000 and from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in 2002. In 2005 he began marketing organic agricultural products made in Turkey to Far Eastern markets online, B2B. At the end of 2006, the business plan he prepared to set up an e-entrepreneurship and e-commerce consultancy received investment from Baltaş, and he became the founder of the group’s EBaltaş Coproline. Over 7 years, he and his team trained some 5,000 entrepreneurs and delivered training to companies. In 2011 he served as producer and secretary general of Turkey’s first Digital Economy E-Commerce Summit and Fair. The second edition, held in 2012, was attended by 260 companies and 1,400 people. Sarpaş, who founded Sarpaş Danışmanlık A.Ş. in 2013, is the creator of the unique Girişim Savaşçısı (Venture Warrior) Program and an ex officio member of the Board of Trustees of the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation. He was named best young entrepreneur of 2014 at the METU Crystal Tree Awards.
