Who is Şerif Kaynar?
We haven't been active on our blog for a little over a month, both because of our sponsorship and content work as the main event approaches, and because of our TEDxBahcesehirUniversity Salon event held last Saturday (February 3) at Shangri-La Bosphorus. We can say it was a really enjoyable event, and everyone who attended shared in different ideas about technology.
Just like last year, this year too we are here with our "Meet ..." series to give you a little information about our speakers before the event. And the first name we'll get to know is:
Şerif Kaynar!
After graduating from Saint Joseph High School, Şerif Kaynar graduated in Chemical Engineering from Bradford University in England. Having then done an MBA at City University in London, Kaynar is one of Turkey's biggest headhunters. He still serves as Honorary Chairman of the Board at Korn Ferry. Of course, with his experience he is now an expert judge of people. Because his job is to find the best, most suitable person for companies. Besides Turkish and English, he speaks French and Russian. Apart from that, in his own words, the things he enjoys are: A very comfortable bed, the Istanbul film festivals, every kind of cheese, spending Saturday nights at home, contemporary art, all animals and conversations around the table...
