Who is Ozan Bingöl?
He was born in Sivas in 1979. He continued his secondary education in İzmir. In 1998 he began his studies at Gazi University. Ozan Bingöl, who completed his bachelor's degree in 2004, is still pursuing his doctorate. A Tax Expert who has worked for many years in the field of the Turkish Tax System, Bingöl has also authored 5 volumes of books in this field. Alongside his academic life, he serves as Head of Legislation, Training and Research at an international audit firm. Especially in recent years, he has taken part in important projects on tax awareness. With his report titled "Problems of the Turkish Tax System and Ways to Solve Them", he advocates a fairer tax system.
