Ozan Bingöl

He was born in Sivas in 1979. He continued his secondary education in İzmir. In 1998 he began his studies at Gazi University. Having completed his undergraduate degree in 2004, Ozan Bingöl is still pursuing his doctorate. A tax expert who has worked for many years on the Turkish tax system, Bingöl has also authored 5 volumes of books in this field. Alongside his academic life, he serves as Head of Legislation, Training and Research at an international audit firm. Especially in recent years he has taken part in important projects on tax awareness. With his report “Problems of the Turkish Tax System and Ways to Solve Them,” he advocates for a fairer tax system.
