Ercan Altuğ Yılmaz

After graduating in Mathematical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University (YTÜ), he earned an MBA at Maltepe University. He began his career teaching web design at İstanbul Akademi. He worked as an instructor and consultant at training companies such as Netron, SmartPro and Bilgeadam. He has delivered more than 100 trainings and conferences and taken part in many local and international projects. In 2010 he joined Turkcell Akademi as Distance Learning and Educational Technologies Manager. From 2013 to 2015, within Turkcell Digital Channels, he managed digital channels such as the Turkcell Corporate Website, Turkcell Akademi, Turkcell İleri Görüş and Turkcell Şirketim. In 2015 he joined the American company Yum! Brands, a Capital 500 company, as Turkey digital training manager for the KFC and Pizza Hut brands. He is the author of the first and most comprehensive book on gamification in Turkey. He shares his insights on education, games and gamification on various platforms.
